May be the only one here, but is anyone else going to get MLB The Show 13. I usually do NOT buy sports games every year, but this year will be the Astros' first year in the American League, so it's a must get for me.
I traded in AC: Liberation and MLB The Show 12 for The Show 12 for the Vita. Not sure if I'm going the PS3 version, but if anyone else is, then I'm in for the PS3 version.

So I picked up MLB The Show 13 last night from GameStop. As always, this game never disappoints. Usually I don’t purchase sports games every year. To me, it’s a waste of money for just a roster change. However, The Show 13 is different for me. It’s different because my Astros are now in the American League West instead of the National League Central. They’re also sporting out a new logo, uniforms, and color scheme.
For a sports game on a mobile console, it looks great. There are different schemes to the controls, but I usually play as Classic, which is using only buttons. If you’re a purist and want to use the analog sticks for pitching and batter, then you do have that option.
I think anyone that’s new to this game will pick up on it easily. What’s great about this game, if a friend owns the same game for the PS3, you can play against them using your Vita version. So it doesn’t matter if both of you do not match.
For any baseball fan and into video games, this is the best baseball game you can play.
