Looks like there will be a huge announcement from Sony on Wednesday 2/20.
I'm sure there will be a price cut on the PS3 and Vita with the announcement of the Playstation 4.
So who is all getting the PS4? I'm not going to jump on board at first. I think the PS3 still has a lot of life in it.
Either way, I'm excited to see an new console being released. Something new is always exciting, especially in the tech world.
What's everyone's thoughts?

Considering we have every gaming console and had a WiiU within a week of launch, I'm certain the wife will be on board with the PS4 immediately.

i will certainly get the PS4,but only long after it's initial release because no doubt the price will be slightly on the ridiculous side,
on a slightly different note my son bought a slim 4GB PS3,which is a bloody con, after setting it up and BF3 being installed on it,he went to download a DLC,which he couldnt due to lack of space,so now I'm gonna have to buy a bloody hard drive

4GB, how is that even possible? I think the lowest GB is 120GB. Bought it used from some guy?

Now you got my eyes crossed. So you purchased an Xbox or PS3 for your son? With that purchase, it only came with 4GB?
I know there's the basic Xbox with 4GB and then you have to buy the hard drive seperate. But there's bundle that already comes with a 250GB hard drive.
As for the PS3, I think the lowest HD size they offer is the 120GB, unless Sony is ripping off the EU region with some smaller HD.

your right about the x-box 4 GB,my son got that one a couple of years ago, which I've upgraded with a hard drive. for his birthday last month he got the new ultra slim PS3,which is 12GB,but i will just get a hard drive for it,because 12 GB is pretty useless

Wow, I didnt know they still offered the a very low GB sized HD. The only PS3 with the low HD was when they first launched the PS3 with a 20GB and that was the fat shiny model. Well at least you can upgrade the hard drive to the size you want. I upgraded mine from 120GB to 500GB a few months ago. Now I dont have to worry about space.

You just take off the cradle from the old hard drive and attach it to the new hard drive. You didnt do that or was the hard drive different?

the ultra slim 12GB doesn't come with a hard drive or cradle, and the cradle you supposedly need is a different one from the cradle in the models before the ultra slim.i just didnt want to wait for a cradle that i had to order, just made do without
