I have no issue with AFSOC. I have been inactive in the platoon for sometime. It seemed like the last 4 or 5 months or so. It just seemed like it would simplify things on both sides. I primarily play with the guys in Old Skull. I also left the other platoon I was in. When I did it I figured it wouldn't be this big of deal. I figured we would all remain friends on battlelog and psn and continue to play together or against each other from time to time. Looking back on it now I would have never left If I knew it would drive a wedge between Old Skull and Juracan. I know that J Stratma1, Tekno, Texans and the others did not do this with hate or issue as well. It seems like Juracan has taken it personal by removing me from his friends list along with PSN but I hope you don't Lee. Please understand that this is not an issue with AFSOC or you or Juracan or Meastro or any of you guys.

I still have Meastro and Lee in my buddy list. I dont think I jad Jura, but if I did, I think he removed himself. Same here, had no issues, but never was active on their AFS platoon. I was more on Old Skull. As Lush said, if we're still on PSN buddy list, we can still game.

Can't say it any better than Jason and Gonzo said it. In no way did we leave over any issues with AFSOC or any of their members.
For me, being in a platoon should accomplish two things. 1. Provide a steady group of solid BF3 players to group with. 1a) As stated on BL, I cannot recall the last time I played with anyone in AFSOC.
2. Provide an entertaining experience with like minded individuals on the BL site as an escape to everything else going on. 2a) The only activity on the AFSOC Platoon page is "welcome our newest member"
In summary, what was the point of being part of AFSOC? I contributed nothing and I received nothing. Juracan seems to have taken this as some personal insult and it could not be further from reality. I do not understand his logic. I posted my rational and others who followed commented on it. I could see if we all exited without giving a heads up, but again that is not the reality of the situation.

right, thats that sorted then,i reckon Juracan just got the wrong end of the stick and seems to have taken it personally,i understand why people would leave a platoon when they don't have much input,i know i'm in both platoons but have a leaning towards AFSOC,mainly due to the time differance whenever i'm on line Juracan and El-diablo are also online, whereas you fellas seem to be on slightly later,i still expect to play with youguys from time to time and still like to keep in touch here on the boards. One problem with AFSOC is that there is'nt many active members, plenty of people join but do not participate in anything

No reason you need to leave. I don't get the whole "time to choose" and "drop um" line from Juracan. He's entitled to react any way he wishes, but that shouldn't drive any wedge between any other members.

I think El Diablo kinda fanned the flames a bit also and fired up Juracan more. Will see what happens next couple of days and if I have to I will talk with Juracan and knock some heads around over there
