Ok, finally going to buy a headset for my xbox. Anyone have one they would recommend? I have the TurtleBeach X11 and they work great. The X11 is wired though, but I dont mind because I always sit about three feet from the TV, so wireless to me is pointless. Plus you dont get the interference like some the wireless has.

I went with Turtle Beach X41. Thought about the X42, but decided to save the $40 bucks and get the older X41 for $120 instead of spending $160.
Damn, Xbox needs to work on their wireless....I can't imagine these being better than the $100 Sony headset for PS3. And these are still not truly wireless...they plug into the controller.

I think no matter which headset you get, the best expensive ones or the cheaper ones, you'll always have to plug it into the controller. I'm so used to it, it doesnt bother me. Even with my PS3, I use a wired headset. I dont worry about batteries or wireless interference.

I will so, playing fir the first time right now with the Turtle Beach, I am blown away at how good the audio is. Dare I say, the audio is better than the Sony PS3 Headset?
