this particular version of the x-box is a bit of a rip off i thought,I didn't know that it doesn't come with a hard drive only a 4gb flash drive,so when i tried to install the HD content for BF3 it wouldn't let me so that really confused me,when i tried to buy a hard drive i was told that i had to get a 250/320 gb for the slim costing about £80,luckily i went on you-tube and saw that you could strip down the hard drive from the older model,i bought one of these at a fraction of the price and installed it. i have come to the conclusion that microsoft is a massive con, also downloading extra content is a ball ache, why can't it be simple like it is with sony

I did the same thing with my 4GB system. I still had my old hard drive and I took it apart and slipped it into the new Xbox. Plug and play.
