I started buying the parts I need to make this happen. Wont be able to start yet until I get a couple of tools. Will need to get a glue gun and dremel.

Last night I took apart one of my PS3 controllers. I also took apart one of my Xbox controllers just to take a look inside. Wasn't really hard to place back together.
Find out from the wife that her mom has a glue gun and soldering iron. That's going to save me a few bucks. I guess all I need is a dremel and I'm set to start this project and full speed.
